If Haiti teaches one thing it is patients.
We are still anchored in the harbor of Port au Prince after a long day with our agent and broker processing all the appropriate paperwork. Because the harbor docks were destroyed during the earthquake, all clearance has to be done on the vessle.
We are awaiting arrival from the port authority by speedboat for inspection and clearance. Once this is completed we will head back to La Gonave.

I have found the Honduran crew fascinating. One man, who is 66 and has spent 40 years working ocean vessels, gave his life to Christ today as we prayed on the deck together.
The delay has certainly allowed for additional ministry with the crew, for which I am thankful.
Stand strong in faith and let's see the great things God will do on our behalf.
