There can be that thing that happens when we finally settle into, once and for all, to come to an understanding that God is taking responsibility to bless His Word. That's why its so vital to know the Word and apply it to our everyday practical life stuff.
The life of God in Christ is lived by people who have the promise of God's Word up front in their heart and mouth. Not that we've heard it at some time and are trying to remember it, but actually live God's Promise to the nth degree, allow it to overpower the fears and insecurities the world tries to force into our souls.
It's great to know that we're not in authority, but under authority. The authority of God's Word is the premier force on the earth, it just doesn't feel like it to our flesh all the time.
Meditate on this verse today:
Romans 4:21 being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform.
